Frequently asked questions
Quote
The rates shown are starting points. Every project begins with a conversation in order to draw up a quote suited to the location, duration, equipment needed and desired deliverables. The accepted quote serves as the contract: it sets the agreed services, prices and conditions, and prevails over the general information on the site.
Possible extra costs
Travel outside the area, transport, parking, permits, venue or equipment rental, as well as any request not foreseen in the initial quote may lead to a price adjustment.
Revisions
The first three simple revisions are included. Major changes requested after approval, or outside the scope set in the quote, are charged as extras.
Booking
A deposit of 20% of the invoice is required to confirm the order and secure the date: the date is reserved once this deposit is received, with the balance paid on delivery. In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the service, part of the amount may be charged.
Credit and discount
Our images remain our property: you receive a licence for the agreed uses, and we keep the right to show them in our communication and portfolio, except in special cases to be agreed beforehand. An INVprod credit and a link to invprod.ch, under the images or in the description, can open a discount: your visibility brings us recognition, so let us share it.
Which regions does INVprod work in?
INVprod is based in Chavornay (Vaud) and travels across French-speaking Switzerland: Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Valais and Jura.
What are the rates?
Rates start at CHF 600 for a photo shoot, CHF 850 for event photos, CHF 700 for a recording and CHF 800 for a video production. A precise quote is drawn up for every project.
What is the delivery time?
The usual time is around 30 days after the service. It is adjusted to the scale of the project and agreed in advance in the quote.
Who owns the images produced?
The works remain the intellectual property of INVprod (copyright). After full payment, the client receives a licence to use them for the agreed purposes.
How do I get a quote?
Describe your project via the Contact page (type of service, date, location): you will receive a quick reply and a precise quote.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit of 20% of the invoice is required to confirm the order and secure the date. We reserve the date once this deposit is received; the balance is paid on delivery.

Combien coûte une vidéo d'entreprise en Suisse romande ?
The cost of a video depends on the preparation, the number of days of filming, the size of the crew and the expected deliverables, far more than on the camera itself. Each of these factors can increase or reduce the final bill.

Tourner un plan de drone qui tiendra au montage
Many corporate films open with an aerial shot that doesn’t tie in with anything else.
