Data protection

The data sent via the contact form (name, email, phone, message) is used solely to answer your request. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties. In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@invprod.ch.

Newsletter and communication

If you tick the dedicated box (contact form or sign-up), your email address, and your name where applicable, is used to send you our news. Legal basis: your explicit consent (an active choice on your part), timestamped and kept as proof. You can withdraw this consent and unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email, without giving a reason. This data is kept until you unsubscribe and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Cookies and audience measurement

This site uses Google Analytics 4 only after your explicit consent. IP addresses are anonymised. You can decline or withdraw your consent at any time by deleting this site's data in your browser.

In-house audience measurement

Alongside Google Analytics, this site counts pages viewed, reading depth and time spent on its own. This measurement stores NOTHING on your device: no cookie, no identifier, not even an anonymous one. It records neither your IP address nor the content of the fields you fill in, and nothing links two of your visits. The data are aggregated daily counters, kept on our server in Switzerland and never passed to a third party.

In-house measurement cookie (optional)

If you accept the “INVprod in-house measurement” purpose in the banner, we set a cookie named INVSTAT, valid for 6 months. It contains a random identifier and nothing else: no personal data travels in it. Its only purpose is to recognise your browser from one visit to the next, so we know how many visits precede a quote request and which pages contribute. This cookie is ours alone, is never shared between our sites, and the data attached to it stays on our server in Switzerland. You may refuse, or withdraw your consent at any time: refusing immediately deletes the existing cookie. If you refuse, the anonymous measurement described above continues, with no link between your visits.

Cookie storing your choices

So that we do not ask you again on every visit, we keep your answers to the banner (Google Analytics yes or no, in-house measurement yes or no) in a cookie named INVCHOIX, valid for 6 months. It contains only these two answers, nothing that identifies you. It is strictly necessary to respect your choice, including a refusal, and therefore does not require consent. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser: the banner will then be shown to you again.

Where enquiries come from

When you write to us through the contact form, we keep on your record the page you entered the site by and the site that sent you, so we know which pages bring enquiries. This information sits, for the duration of your visit, in the session cookie that is strictly necessary for the site to work. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding where our enquiries come from, and the pre-contractual necessity arising from your request. It is kept for the same period as your record and deleted with it.

External links are provided for guidance; INVprod is not responsible for their content. The site's pricing and service information is indicative: the business relationship is governed by the accepted quote, which prevails.
